It was expected to sell for about $750,000 but it seems that some rich kid really wanted a new toy for the holidays. Good, as all this money goes to fight AIDS.

So it's come to this. We knew iOS 7 had some dumb and frustrating imperfections , but hadn't scoured every bit of it for flaws in the small details that Apple used to nail. Well, some industrious design head has given Apple's new OS a proper fisking, and put all the screwups on a Tumblr .

Rejoice, humans of the Earth, for the ugly off-center 1 in Apple iOS 7's Calendar app icon has been at last, FIXED! It took almost two entire years of design rants after every update, but someone in Cupertino has at last listened and corrected what was a horrible design decision made by someone else who is no longer in Cupertino. iOS 7 beta 4 has a perfectly centered 1. Before, Apple centered the first day of the calendar using its bounding box.
