Word just came down that Apple's iPhone has been found to infringe on three patents held by MobileMedia , according to Bloomberg . It's not clear which patents are in question, but in 2010, MobileMedia, a company owned by Sony, Nokia, and a company that licenses MPEG patents, took Apple to court over 18 patents dealing with screen rotation and call rejection

Surprise! According to the Wall Street Journal , Apple is working with Sharp and Foxconn to test designs for a new TV. The Journal claims the tests are taking place at Sharp's Sakai plant in western Japan—one of the most advanced LCD facilities in the world—which is capable of producing sets over 60 inches in size and already spits out devices for Vizio. Details of the tests in question are, however, predictably scant.
